Bunge Ltd., the world’s largest processor of oilseed, is joining with Procter & Gamble Co. and Peter Cremer North America to produce cholesterol-reducing ingredients for foods and drugs. Executives at Bunge said the companies will produce ingredients using phytosterols, compounds found in many fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and cereals.
